Welcome to Spice of Life Dispensary. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from Spice of Life Dispensary. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect or sell to anyone under this age.
2. Product Use Disclaimer
All products sold by Spice of Life Dispensary are intended for lawful use only. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any claims about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a physician before using any hemp-derived products, especially if you have a medical condition or take prescription medications.
3. State Restrictions
Due to state laws, we do not ship our products to the following locations:

It is your responsibility to know your local laws before placing an order. Orders placed for delivery to restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at lazygatorshempfarm@gmail.com
6. Lab Testing and Compliance
All products sold by Spice of Life Dispensary are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC in accordance with federal law. Third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for all products and can be viewed on our website or provided upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Spice of Life Dispensary shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Use at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
